After completing your order, you can upload your artwork via the "Contact Designer" option. Please ensure your image file is 150-300 dpi. Our designers will then confirm the details with you. Customization typically takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 2. Each notebook is handcrafted. After we receive your custom artwork, print it, and create the physical product, there might be a slight variation of 1-2mm in size compared to the simulated cover. This can occasionally result in minor imperfections, such as text on the spine not being perfectly centered, misaligned with edge lines, asymmetrical, or exhibiting white borders and color differences. We strive to meet your requirements, but due to the purely handmade nature of our products, 100% precision is not achievable. If you expect the flawless perfection of machine-made items, please refrain from purchasing. 3. For any specific customization requests, please communicate them before placing your order. Production will commence only after both parties have discussed and agreed upon the details to prevent misunderstandings. As custom products are made uniquely for you, returns are not accepted. Thank you for your support. 4. Due to variations in individual computer screen settings, slight color differences may occur. The actual product color will prevail. Each cover is manually cut and bound after printing. We print in small batches, approximately 10-20 notebooks at a time.
