Step 4: From the middle of the chin, stroke out and upwards along the contour of your jaw.
Step 5: From the inside of the eye, stroke outward along the eye socket.
Step 6: Stroke downwards from the back of the ear, following the neck to the shoulders, ending at the collarbone. Repeat 3 times."
