• If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new session.

• Please arrive on time to respect the schedule of other participants. Avoid being late.
• A pre-class notice will be sent 2-3 days prior. Please ensure your email and contact information are correct to avoid missing the notification. If you do not receive the notice, it may be due to system filtering; please arrive as scheduled, as we will not provide separate phone calls.
• Only ticket holders may participate. Companions who have not purchased a ticket are not permitted to enter or join the session to uphold the rights of other participants.
• If the minimum number of 6 participants is not met three days before the class, Chuan Chuan Handmade Jewelry reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• To ensure a smooth session, please refrain from eating during the class.
• Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
• During the course, the organizer may conduct photography and videography as needed, which will be uploaded to Chuan Chuan Handmade Jewelry's social media after the class. The organizer may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event documentation or promotional purposes for future recruitment.
• If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform the instructor during the class, and we will take special care.
