〈About the Artwork〉
※ The metal fittings and the base of the Kintsugi are reinforced with UV resin. Please understand that there may be slight variations or minor overflows of resin.
※ The metal fittings may be changed to silver for some pieces (such as those with translucent materials like sea glass or natural stones). Rest assured that the material will remain the same.
※ Kintsugi... A traditional Japanese technique that revives broken or chipped ceramics using lacquer and gold powder.
※ We use new urushi (a less allergenic lacquer) and gold powder (brass powder) instead of genuine urushi, as it is less likely to cause skin irritation.
※ Natural stones, being natural, may contain impurities, fine scratches, or small chips. Please accept these variations as part of their natural origin.
※ Variations in glaze are characteristic of handmade items. This is particularly common on the sides of Mino ware tiles.
※ Individual sensitivities to metal, resin, and urushi vary. If you experience any skin discomfort, please discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. We cannot be held responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by the product.
※ The actual color may vary slightly from the product images due to differences in monitors, brightness, and screen environments.
〈Care Instructions〉
※ Handle gently, as applying strong force may cause breakage.
※ Avoid rubbing the Kintsugi area vigorously or soaking it in water for extended periods, as this may cause it to detach.
When cleaning, gently wipe away dirt with a soft cloth.
※ Avoid storing in high temperatures, high humidity, or direct sunlight, as this may cause discoloration.
〈Shipping〉
・ If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before purchasing.
・ Items purchased in the same cart will be shipped together. Items purchased in separate carts will be shipped separately, with shipping fees applied to each.
・ If your package is returned to us due to exceeding the postal service's retention period or providing an incorrect shipping address, a handling fee of ¥1,000 per returned item will be charged on our website before reshipment.
Please note that the shipping cost for reshipment will be borne by the customer.
Furthermore, if you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, a handling fee of ¥2,000 per item will be charged. This is due to the packing and shipping process already being underway, and the difficulty of reselling items with customized metal fittings.
〈Other〉

※ Receipts cannot be issued.
※ Items within 30 days of purchase are eligible for free repair. However, shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility, except in cases of initial defects.

Please be aware that these costs will be the responsibility of the recipient.

※ Kintsugi (金継ぎ) is a unique Japanese traditional repair technique that joins broken or chipped ceramics using lacquer and gold powder. We use a simplified Kintsugi method, employing new urushi (which is less likely to cause skin irritation than genuine urushi derived from lacquer tree sap) and gold powder (brass powder), along with UV resin for reinforcement.
