【Experience Capacity】

【Techniques Covered】
Silver material cutting, annealing, ring soldering, filing and shaping of silver rings, polishing, and final finishing.
Practice stamping English letters and numbers (using steel stamps), antique silver oxidation dyeing, and guidance on silver ring maintenance.

【Directions】
1. For Tainan locals: You can drive or ride a motorcycle. Across from McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there's a small slope. Under the large tree at the entrance, you'll see a sign for Zhuxi Village. Walk straight for 60 meters, and you'll see the "Poetry in Handcraft" sign (avoid the riverside path in front, though it has beautiful pink trumpet trees). If you need parking, there's a lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO Cafe nearby.
2. For visitors: Take a taxi from the train station (approx. 10 minutes). If using a city bus, take bus route 5 from the train station and alight at Zhuxi Temple stop (right by the large tree). If you're arriving via the tourist bus or high-speed rail shuttle, it's a bit further: alight at Yanping Junwang Shrine, walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulian Road and then Jiankang Road. Cross Jiankang Road, and you'll find the Zhuxi Village slope. Keep going!

【Helpful Reminders】
1. After placing your order, please check your email for the PINKOI experience class e-ticket and confirm the item and session details.
2. Participants must be 12 years of age or older.
3. Due to limited venue space and for the comfort and safety of participants, only ticket holders are permitted in the workshop area. Unregistered guests may not participate.
4. In handmade courses, two people may not share one set of materials when only one person has registered.
5. If materials are accidentally damaged or incorrectly made due to personal oversight during the process, participants may purchase replacement materials on-site (paying the price difference) to continue crafting. We appreciate your understanding.
6. If you need to reschedule, please request a refund and re-purchase your ticket. (Kindly do so at least 5 days in advance.)
7. Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by violations will be the responsibility of the participant.
8. Please arrive on time for the activity. Punctuality is appreciated to ensure you have the full experience time. (As per regulations, no refunds will be issued on the day of the event.)
9. During the experience, "Poetry in Handcraft" will take photos and videos of the activity, which will be uploaded to the Facebook fan page or Instagram "Poetry in Handcraft" event page after the event. These images, potentially featuring your likeness, may be used for event documentation or future promotional purposes. Participants can download their photos. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will make arrangements.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events (e.g., typhoon-related school and work closures), "Poetry in Handcraft" will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
2. For refunds due to personal reasons, a 30% service fee will be charged. (If you encounter unforeseen circumstances, you are welcome to contact the metalworking instructor to reschedule, limited to one instance.)
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days prior to the event.
4. After a customer places an order, please confirm the items and payment on your e-ticket. On-site, only price differences for upgrades can be paid; refunds are not provided.
