Ordering Process** 1. Place your order and complete payment. 2. In the remarks section, provide the text for personalization (limited to 2 Chinese characters or 10 English letters per cookie). Send a private message with the custom portrait photo and your desired delivery date. Please note that during peak seasons, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to high shipping volumes. 3. Designer creates and ships your order (delivery within approx. 7-10 days). **III. Storage Instructions** Our cookies contain no preservatives and can be stored at room temperature for three weeks, according to the expiration date marked on the packaging. Store in a cool, dry, and shaded place at room temperature; refrigeration is not required. For the best flavor, we recommend consuming within two weeks of arrival. **IV. Pickup & Delivery Options** 1. __In-Person Pickup__ (Please message us to arrange pickup and we'll set up free shipping for you) A) Time: Weekdays 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Please confirm pickup time at least one day in advance. B) Location: Zhongxiao Fuxing Station, Taipei MRT. 2. __Post Office Delivery__: NT$85 for delivery within Taiwan's main island. Shipped 2 days before your desired arrival date. (Note: Postal workers do not call recipients; please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If delivery is attempted twice without success, the package will be held at the nearest post office for pickup.) 3. __Convenience Store Pickup__: NT$70 for delivery within Taiwan's main island. Shipped 4 days before your desired arrival date. **V. Important Notes** 1. This is a custom-made product and is not subject to the Consumer Protection Law's "7-day cooling-off period." Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or returned once placed. 2. Delivery dates cannot be specified. For courier delivery, your order will be shipped two business days before your desired arrival date. For convenience store pickup, it will be shipped four business days prior. For example, if you wish to receive your order on January 28, 2022 (Friday), courier shipments will be sent on January 26 (Wednesday), and convenience store pickups will be sent on January 24 (Monday). If you have urgent needs, we recommend opting for in-person pickup for greater certainty. 3. Cookies will be carefully wrapped with bubble wrap. However, slight damage during transit is possible.
