About Design Coordination: Each piece is meticulously designed by our floral artists. They will coordinate accessories and various floral elements based on the color scheme or style presented in each design. Materials will be adjusted according to seasonality and stock availability. If you particularly favor a specific decorative item or detail, we welcome you to discuss it with us for a personalized custom order. In the event of a shortage of a special accessory, we will notify you before shipment to arrange for a substitution. Note: For products that include LED string lights, these are battery-operated. Each light string is brand new; simply replace the batteries when they deplete. Product Shipping Service: All items in our shop are custom-made upon order confirmation and payment. January is a peak season for Lunar New Year orders. If you have an urgent request, please indicate it separately and discuss shipping methods and timelines with us. For deliveries within Kaohsiung City, we utilize LALAMOVE for your convenience. Please ensure you provide a detailed address and the recipient's name and phone number so we can locate you promptly. For deliveries outside Kaohsiung City, we use BLACK BALLWAY EXPRESS. Shipping and delivery days are Monday through Saturday. Please be attentive to calls from the delivery personnel to receive your item as soon as possible. To ensure safe transport, large items will be shipped one item per box. The shipping fee at checkout is for a single item; if you are purchasing more than one item, additional shipping fees will apply. We will contact you after you place your order if there are any discrepancies in the shipping fees. | Lunar New Year / Operating Hours | Flower Gift Pickup: Lunar New Year gifts can be reserved for pickup between January 16th and February 15th. The last day for pickup is February 15th. Floral Class Reservations: Fresh flower classes are available on February 7th and February 12th. Preserved and dried flower classes are available on January 29th, January 31st, February 5th, February 7th, and February 12th. Store Closures: The store will be closed from Lunar New Year's Eve (February 16th) to the sixth day of the Lunar New Year (February 23rd).
