Colors may also appear slightly different on different phone screens. / Natural wax materials are used; color bleeding is a normal phenomenon and does not affect usage. You can either note it directly or send us a private message with your chosen color.) (Adjusting your phone screen brightness to maximum will provide a more accurate color representation.) If no preference is specified, the artisan will make a complementary choice. All candles are made with natural soy wax and imported fragrance oils. Our fragrance oils are IFRA certified, making them safe for pregnant women, children, and pets. · Production begins after your order is placed. Shipping will take 4-10 business days, processed in order of receipt. · All colors are hand-mixed, so there may be slight variations in the actual product. Surface frosting, slight color variations, minor air bubbles, and uneven surfaces are normal phenomena. Otherwise, all items will be packaged together. · When burning the candle directly, please use a candle holder, plate, or paper to catch the melted wax. · For products containing "cream" elements, color bleeding is a normal occurrence. · Candles are fragile items. Please handle them with care during unboxing and record a video as proof. If there are any defects or chips, please message us privately to allow us the opportunity to compensate and improve. · All products are handmade after ordering. Customized items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
