6. The standard for judging product defects is whether the head area (face, facial features, hair, front area of the hat) is at a distance greater than or equal to 50CM, and whether the defect is visible when viewed for less than or equal to 5 seconds.
The frontal area (the doll's body, hands, feet, legs, and the frontal area of the clothing) is at a distance greater than or equal to 60cm, and whether the defect is visible when viewed for less than or equal to 4 seconds.
The side area (both sides of the doll's body, hands, feet, legs, clothing, and headwear) is at a distance greater than or equal to 70CM, and whether the defect is visible when viewed for less than or equal to 4 seconds.
Concealed area (the areas that are not easy to see, such as doll accessories, base, skirt bottom, soles of feet, between legs, underarms, corners, etc.) At a distance of 80CM or more, whether the flaws are visible when viewed for less than or equal to 3 seconds.
7. The joints of some products of this model can be adjusted or rotated, so the tightness will be adjusted appropriately. This is a normal phenomenon and is not a product defect problem.
8. For blind box model products, any non-new product defect after unboxing (including online unboxing) cannot be returned or exchanged.
9. The card enclosed in the blind box is only for confirming the style, and if the machine is inserted, if there is any breakage or dent, it is not within the scope of the return or exchange of the product body.
