Due to the porous nature of concrete and the properties of sealant molecules, complete waterproofing cannot be guaranteed. 2. Concrete is a fragile material. Please handle with care, as dropping or impact may cause the product to crack. 3. Products are made to order upon receiving your order. Concrete requires time to dry and cure after sealing. Your patience is appreciated as drying times can be affected by weather conditions. 4. The finish is hand-applied, so each item will have unique variations. 5. Each item is handcrafted, ensuring a unique aesthetic for every piece. Please consider this before purchasing. Minor differences from the product photos are to be expected, as concrete forms differently each time. 6. Air bubbles are a natural part of the pouring process and cannot be entirely eliminated. Their presence highlights the inherent beauty of concrete. 7. Minor sinking may occur on the pouring surface as moisture evaporates during drying. Consequently, the pouring surface may not be as smooth or level as the mold surface. Please consider this before purchasing. (The pouring surface is typically placed on the bottom, a less prominent area, or a section without intricate design). 8. To protect surfaces and provide stability, anti-slip pads are generally applied to the bottom of the product. (Not applicable to all items). 9. The logo on some items is intricately carved from precious Taiwanese cypress wood and can be customized with your desired text. 10. For items such as incense holders or ashtrays, residue marks or oil stains from use are normal. Please exercise caution with open flames. 11. For customized products, as mold-making fees are not charged separately, we retain the right to resell the item. 12. Stated dimensions are approximate; slight variations are inherent in handmade items. 13. A small quantity of some items are kept in stock.
