Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique marks and characteristics from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, and veins – these are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches acquired during processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal, provided the leather surface is not damaged. In our respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these markings, except for major imperfections. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. While they may not achieve the perfect uniformity of machine-made products, they possess a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, as the leather ages and with your personal use, it will develop its own patina, darkening and gaining a sheen, gradually transforming into a unique piece that reflects your journey. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece truly special. **/ Color Variations /** Firstly, screen displays can vary, leading to color differences. Secondly, even within the same brand, leather batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide can result in color variations. Consequently, colors may not be identical between repeat orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ Regarding Customization /** (No inspection period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made-to-order as a **custom item**. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," in the order notes. If no specific requests are made, the designer will select the stitching color, and the embossing area will be left blank. As each order is uniquely customized, it cannot be resold. Therefore, changes to stitching or re-embossing are not possible after the order is placed. Except for errors in specifications, our custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as (but not limited to) looseness/tightness, perceived roughness of leather/craftsmanship, color inaccuracies, unsatisfactory texture, or not meeting expectations.
