Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and markings from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect spots, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations and scratches are inevitable. As long as the leather surface is not broken, these are considered within the normal range. With respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for major scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. Every step is completed by hand. While the finished products may not be as perfect as machine-made items, they possess a unique delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratch marks, darken, and gain a polish, gradually revealing a unique appearance that belongs to the individual. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, color variations can occur between different batches and storage times. Even on the same piece of leather, the texture and dye absorption can vary across different areas. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a **"customized item."** Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossing text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.). We understand that "online customization" can sound risky. If you have very specific requirements, it is safer to purchase from a physical store.
