It is not recommended to place ceramic ware in electric steamers, microwave ovens, conventional ovens, or over direct heat. Avoid sudden temperature changes (extreme hot or cold) to prevent cracking or damage, unless the item is specifically made from refractory clay (heat-resistant clay). 2. For items intended for culinary use, please wash and clean off any surface dirt before the first use. Clean with a soft sponge or a non-abrasive scrubbing pad and mild dish soap. Avoid using steel wool or rough materials that could scratch the surface. Afterward, wipe dry with a cloth and allow to air dry in a well-ventilated area to prevent mildew. 3.
