Due to the variability in leather stock and natural grain patterns, if a significant flaw is found on the leather or if the piece is damaged during production, making it unsuitable for a large-surface item, both parties agree that a full refund will be issued. **/ Vegetable-Tanned Leather /** This studio exclusively uses imported Italian/European vegetable-tanned leather. Unlike seemingly flawless PU leather or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique markings and characteristics acquired by the cow during its life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches may also occur during processing, shipping, and production; these are considered normal if the leather surface is not broken. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) entirely avoid these marks, except for major scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. While the final product may not have the absolute perfection of machine-made items, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, deepen in color, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Secondly, even within the same brand, color variations can occur between different production batches and storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be identical between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a **customized item**. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," in the order notes. If no customizations are specified at the time of order, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each item is "custom-made," it cannot be resold to others. (The finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed.) Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor quality, or not meeting expectations).
