During the complimentary warranty period, for damage incurred under normal use and deemed a quality issue by ARTIMISI, we will provide an exchange or complimentary repair. If the damage is not due to a quality issue, a service fee will apply. Customers are responsible for a portion of the repair costs for their jewelry; this includes the cost of lost components, damage under specific conditions, or other potential repair issues. a. Gem-grade cubic zirconia under 1 carat will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period. A material fee will apply for gem-grade cubic zirconia over 1 carat. b. If a pearl detaches but the pin remains intact, and the original pearl is available, it can be repaired free of charge. c. A fee for pearl materials and labor will apply if the pin breaks (is stuck inside the pearl) or if the pearl is lost. 3. For repairs requested more than three months after the purchase date due to natural wear and tear, a repair fee ranging from NT$300 to NT$1500 may apply, depending on the situation.
