Goldfish Mobile Black Oranda

This piece is a Black Oranda Goldfish. Rather than simply using black wool felt, I have blended multiple colors to achieve a deep, nuanced expression. The color mix shifts from the back to the belly, creating a smooth, natural gradation. The scales on the belly are embroidered to evoke the image of a golden shimmer. I have also embedded a hint of yellowish wool deep within the eyes; though it is difficult to capture in photos, they appear to glint with a golden light depending on the angle. While the colors are subtle, this work is packed with meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail. Size: W 16cm × H 15cm
