I. Cancellation Policy:
▼ Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund.
▼ Cancellations notified 6 to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund.
▼ Cancellations made 3 days prior to or on the event day are not accepted, and no refund will be issued.
▼ If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer during the event, no refund will be provided.
▼ In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you for postponement or refund arrangements.
▼ If the event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
II. Date or Event Changes:
▼ Changes to dates or other events can be made up to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). Only one change is permitted.
▼ If there is a price difference after changing the date or event, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
▼ No cancellations are accepted after a date or event change has been made.
▼ Changes to dates or other events are not accepted 3 days prior to or on the event day.
III. Electronic invoices will be emailed after the event. Winners of the invoice lottery will be notified separately. If a three-part invoice is required, please indicate this in the notes section during registration.
