We use "Wakatake" and "Towa". This nama chocolate is crafted for a pure tasting experience of the matcha flavor. Matcha also gradually oxidizes upon prolonged exposure to air, so it's important to seal it well and consume it promptly! Nama Chocolate: Developed in Japan, this chocolate product is similar in texture to "ganache" – soft and smooth. It is made by blending animal-based fresh cream and a touch of alcohol, then letting it rest overnight. As it lacks any outer coating, its shelf life is quite short, making it akin to a fresh food item. It is meant to be savored within a short period! Best Before: 10 days refrigerated, 30 days frozen. Before freezing, place the chocolate in a resealable bag. Before enjoying, place the bag in the refrigerator for 1 hour to thaw. It is then ready to eat.
