Natural products may exhibit slight ice cracks, mineral inclusions, symbiotic mineral spots, uneven coloration, or internal cotton-like inclusions. We will carefully select and exclude crystals with significant flaws during the creation process. Please only proceed with a purchase if you are comfortable with these natural characteristics. • We do not recommend wearing any jewelry while showering, sleeping, or in contact with chemical agents, especially when visiting hot springs or the ocean! 1. This accelerates the fading/oxidation of metal beads. 2. The components in cleaning agents, cosmetics, and chemicals can potentially damage certain natural stones. 3. Prolonged immersion in water can lead to wear and tear of the cords, eventually causing them to break. 4. Accidental bumps and pulls during showering and sleeping can lead to cord breakage and damage to natural stones. • Before shipping, we will always send photos for your confirmation. If you select a custom order but do not respond to messages, making it difficult to proceed, we will randomly select and ship a product. We will purify, maintain, and replenish the energy of the crystals before shipping. A slight oily feel upon receipt is normal. • Each bracelet comes with a portion of de-magnetizing white crystal chips and a purification guide. We offer "one free wrist size adjustment within 7 days of arrival." For any crystal-related inquiries, please feel free to chat with us first. • All jewelry is handmade and designed. Avoid excessive pulling. If repairs are needed, please contact us. A comprehensive warranty explanation is provided. • Please confirm the product style and description before placing an order.
