Gently slide the ear cuff down from the thinner upper part of your ear. If it doesn't go in, slightly widen the gap. 2. Once you slide it to your desired position, gently pull it to check if it's secure. If it comes off easily, gradually narrow the gap to adjust. 3. Once you have adjusted the gap to your perfect fit, you can put it on and take it off without further adjustment. There's no need to adjust the gap each time you wear it.
