Classes are small, with a maximum of 4 participants. Please arrive on time after purchasing your course. Respecting the instructor also means respecting your own decision. Please order carefully and avoid cancellations. If you are unable to attend due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please apply for a refund or exchange at least five working days before the event (excluding the event day) for a full refund. For other circumstances, cancellations made more than two days before the course starts are eligible for a 70% refund. Cancellations made the day before the course starts are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations.
