Cut a strip of non-stretchy paper. 2. Make a "pinching" gesture. Secure one end of the paper strip with tape at the thickest part of your wrist. Wrap it around your wrist, pull it taut, and mark where it overlaps. When laid flat, you will have two marks. Measure the distance between these marks to get your total circumference. For both methods, it is recommended to measure at least twice for accuracy. For example: If your measured circumference is 17cm, dividing by pi (3.14) gives approximately 5.4cm.
