About Design Coordination: Each piece is thoughtfully designed by our floral artists, who will select and arrange accessories and floral elements based on the color palette or style presented for each item. If you particularly favor a specific ornament or detail, we welcome you to discuss it with us for a personalized custom order. In the event of a stockout of a particular accessory, we will notify you before shipping for a substitution. Note: If your selected item includes a natural tree trunk, the designer will select a wood type based on what is available from our suppliers for the season; specific wood types and appearances cannot be guaranteed. The LED string lights are battery-operated. Each string is brand new; simply replace the batteries when they are depleted. Shipping Service: All items in our shop are custom-made to order after payment is confirmed. November and December are peak seasons for Christmas orders. We ship via Black Cat Express, with delivery services available from Monday to Saturday. Please be attentive to calls from the delivery personnel to ensure prompt receipt of your Christmas items. For fresh floral arrangements, please retrieve your package as soon as possible to allow the plants to breathe fresh air and maintain their beauty. To ensure safe transport, large items will be shipped one item per box. The shipping fee at checkout is for a single item.
