💖 Other precautions
I. Cancellation Method:
▼ If you notify us of your cancellation at least 7 days before the event date (excluding the event date), you will receive a 90% refund of the amount already paid.
▼ If you notify us of cancellation 6 to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day), 50% of the amount already paid will be refunded.
▼ Cancellations are not accepted from 3 days prior to the event date to the event day itself, and no refunds will be given.
▼ If participation in the activity is terminated due to factors not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
▼ In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, we will contact you proactively to offer a postponement or refund.
▼ If the event is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
II. Changing the date or other activities:
▼ You may change the date or other events up to 4 days before the event date (excluding the event date). However, you may only change the date once.
▼ If a price difference arises due to changes in the date or other activities, the difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
▼ Cancellations are not accepted after the date is changed or other events are scheduled.
▼ Date changes are not accepted from 3 days prior to the event date to the event day itself.
3. Electronic invoices will be sent to your email address after the event. Winners of invoice prizes will be notified separately. If you require a three-part invoice, please indicate this in the remarks section when registering.
