3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm the reserved date and availability.
4. Material preparation begins after your order is placed and paid for. Please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-headed invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged proactively.
