✧ Once contact is made, we will confirm the glass colors with you on the same day. There are 145 colors to choose from. After placing your order, you can select colors for your piece. Please keep an eye on your messages to ensure you don't miss any important information.
✧ When selecting your glass colors, the number of pieces required varies for each design. If you wish to use more than the allocated number of colors, additional glass material can be purchased at $200 TWD per 10x10cm piece, payable on-site.
✧ Each piece is handcrafted during the experience course, making every color and pattern unique. Variations in light intensity may also affect the perceived depth of color. Therefore, there may be color differences between the photos and the actual product. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before booking.
✧ During the glass production process, minor scratches or bubbles may occur. The solder lines are handmade and may have slight imperfections. Please be agreeable to these characteristics before booking.
✧ Pendant accessories are optional add-ons and can be selected on the day.

【Workpiece Care】
✧ Solder may develop an oxidized layer over time when exposed to air. Simply wipe gently with a dry cotton cloth for daily maintenance.
✧ For advanced care, you can thinly apply a water-based wax or soft wax product to the surface. Once dry, polish with a dry cotton cloth until it shines.

*Pre-Course Information*
1. If the course duration is exceeded, an additional fee of $300 TWD per person will be charged for every 30 minutes to 1.5 hours.
2. For safety considerations during class, please do not bring companions.
3. If you have long hair, please bring a hair tie.
4. As the course involves soldering, wearing a mask is recommended.
5. If you do not follow the instructor's guidance during the course and cause damage to equipment or the environment, you will be responsible for compensating the full original price of the damaged item.
*Course Booking Information*
1. If the scheduled booking time is affected by unavoidable circumstances such as typhoons or earthquakes requiring cancellation, HAKUDAN official channels will notify you to reschedule your course once.
2. If you wish to film videos, shows, or advertisements, please contact customer service before placing your order to arrange a time slot without other students.
*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Upon completion of your course booking, materials for the class will be prepared immediately. Therefore, refunds are not accepted.
2. If you need to reschedule within 8 days of your selected course date, you may do so free of charge once. (Rescheduling is possible for dates within three months of the original booking).
3. If you have not rescheduled within three months, or if you are unable to attend after one free rescheduling, you will need to place a new order.
4. Same-day cancellations or arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and a new order will need to be placed.
