Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique grain patterns and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches acquired during processing, transportation, and production are also considered normal if the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches due to varying inventory times. Even on the same piece of hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ ABOUT CUSTOMIZATION /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order via customization. Please specify your custom requirements, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," in your order notes.
