We preserve your pet's ashes within wood and resin, meticulously hand-sanding and artfully coloring each piece. Upload 3-4 photos to the designer that clearly show your pet's eye and fur color. This will help in providing crafting suggestions. Please send a private message to confirm the details of the creation. B. Confirm and place your order. C. After confirming your order, the designer will provide the studio address. Thank you for your support and appreciation! _______________ *Care Instructions for Your Piece: ● To protect the resin surface, place your piece on a soft cloth or store it in a box when not in use. ● To maintain the wood's warm luster, we do not use any lacquer. Only our homemade beeswax is applied. Please remove your piece before showering or coming into contact with water. ● For the wood surface, apply the included beeswax for care, using a pea-sized amount and gently rubbing it in with a soft cloth. For the resin surface, simply wipe it clean with a dry cloth. We recommend performing maintenance once every one to two weeks, or before and after each wear. ● Store your piece in a cool, shaded place, avoiding humidity or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
