Please handle with care and avoid contact with Velcro. / Care Instructions / If small pills appear on the surface due to friction, simply trim them with small scissors. Wool fibers possess natural stain resistance, making them less prone to dirt. Should cleaning be necessary, soak the item in cold water and gently press with your hands; avoid rubbing. After washing, allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area. / Important Notes / - Slight variations in wool color may occur between batches; please refrain from ordering if this is a concern. - Minor color differences may appear due to variations in computer monitor settings. - Each piece is handmade and may have slight individual differences. - Due to the handmade nature of the item, returns are not accepted. / A Gentle Reminder / The creation of each felt bear is a time-intensive process, requiring ample time for meticulous detailing.
