Handmade and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for personal reasons. **Design Concept** This product was born from a personal need. I recall attending a market event in Hong Kong when an embroiderer was wearing a clasp purse-style phone bag. Due to her habit of listening to music constantly, the clasp of her bag was often left open. During a taxi ride, her phone slipped out unnoticed. An Apple phone at the time was equivalent to a month's salary. Later, the embroiderer switched to a commercially available neck strap. However, the thin strap coupled with the phone's weight caused neck and shoulder pain. Thus, we decided to design a phone strap that we ourselves would want to use. The key features needed to be **pressure-relieving** and **adjustable in length** (convenient for both men and women).
