Tektite◇Silver Tie Tac

Tektite is a natural glass formed when molten rock and sand, ejected by the immense heat and shock of a large meteorite impact, rapidly cooled and solidified in the atmosphere. Though appearing solid black, when light is shone from behind, as seen in the second image, it becomes translucent, revealing natural glass bubbles within. The base of the stone is made of silver (SV925), with pure silver used around the stone. The contrast between black and silver creates a sophisticated impression.
