● Once the proof is approved, printing will commence and your order will be shipped in approximately 10 business days.
● Printed photo products will have a 15-20% color variation. Handmade bookmarks may have slight residual adhesive and unavoidable paper indentations. Those who are particular about details should evaluate carefully before placing an order.
● Customized products are not subject to the "7-day return policy" and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than significant defects.
● A maximum of 3 revisions are allowed. Additional revisions will incur a fee of NT$50 per revision.
● All estimated delivery times exclude weekends and holidays.
