3. You can take your works directly away on the day of the course without waiting for them to dry, which is very convenient.
4. Since the class location is by appointment only, we will send a pre-departure reminder to inform you of the class address and transportation information after placing the order.
5. The operation of this course requires no details. The registration age is for those aged 12 and above. For example, students aged 5-12 years old need to be accompanied by an adult (just inform us in the remarks).
6. Only students who have registered for this course can participate. Those who have not registered successfully are not allowed to accompany them to the venue and participate together.
7. During the class, the teaching assistant or teacher will take photos and record the wonderful moments of the class, which will be shared with everyone after class. If there are people who don’t want to show up, no problem, the class will tell us, and your face will be covered during publicity to protect privacy. Everyone is welcome. Let’s play art together~
▼Refund conditions
Refund instructions:
1. If the organizer is unable to start classes on the actual class day for some reason, the full amount of paid fees will be refunded.
2. If a student is unable to attend classes due to personal reasons after completing registration and payment, refunds will be made according to the following standards:
(1) If a refund application is submitted from the 30th to the 8th day before the course start date, half of the paid registration fee will be refunded.
(2) Any refund made 7 days before the course start date will not be refunded.
3. Refund application will be calculated forward based on the actual class date of this course.
4. It takes about four weeks for the studio to process refunds for students.
▍Major Disasters: If our camp team encounters force majeure factors such as winds, earthquakes or major disasters, classes will continue as usual according to the New Taipei City Government announcement. If classes are suspended, make-up classes will be made based on the nature of the course. If the make-up class cannot be made for any reason, the course fee for that day will be refunded. .
