From cutting and hand-painting to baking and double-sided sealing, every step is infused with handmade intention. Rice Grain uses three types of material—white, semi-transparent, and fully transparent—which, after sealing, reveal a bright, translucent texture that is delightful to both touch and sight. While the composition remains the same, each hand-painting exhibits subtle variations; the shapes also differ slightly after baking. The process leading up to completion is always filled with a sense of the unknown, and each sealing process is a challenge to Rice Grain's craftsmanship.
