This is a normal phenomenon caused by prolonged contact with sweat and skin oils, which can lead to oxidation or the buildup of sweat residue on the metal. Scratches are natural wear marks that occur during wear, from the interaction between metal and crystal components. 2️⃣ Why does the side of the crystal turn black? When crystals and metal components rub against each other for extended periods, black residue or localized discoloration can occur at the contact points. This can happen with materials such as sterling silver, 14K gold-filled, K gold, and brass. It's a natural physical reaction, not a defect. 3️⃣ Care Service for 14K Gold-Filled Components: We offer a complimentary replacement service once within six months. After six months, or if you wish to replace them again, you can enjoy our "old for new" repair service for an additional charge of $100. ⚜️ After-Sales Warranty (With Warranty Card) ⚜️ 1️⃣ Within six months of purchase, you are entitled to one free restringing, purification, and metal component replacement service. 2️⃣ We provide bracelet repair services; repair content and fees will be assessed based on the actual condition. 3️⃣ Round-trip shipping costs for the above services will be borne by the customer. 4️⃣ Please keep your warranty card safe, as you will not be able to avail of the above services if it is lost. ⚜️ About Wrist Measurement and Adjustment Instructions ⚜️ 1️⃣ According to your preference, first determine where you wish to wear the bracelet on your wrist. Use a measuring tape or a thin string to wrap around your wrist, measuring the circumference. The measurement should be snug but not tight, fitting comfortably against the skin. Finally, choose the nearest whole number wrist size, and we will craft it accordingly to ensure a comfortable fit with slight movement of the bracelet. 2️⃣ If your wrist size has a decimal, for example, 14.5cm: You can choose either 14cm or 15cm. 14cm will be a closer fit while still allowing movement, and 15cm will be looser and more comfortable. 3️⃣ If adjustment is needed due to measurement error, please note the following: Within seven days: After receiving the bracelet, please inform us and send it back for adjustment within 7 days, free of charge. Exceeding seven days but less than fourteen days: If you notify us for adjustment after wearing for more than 7 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
