A modification fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged if you wish to change the photo after the final draft. 3. The product focuses on natural aesthetics. Lighting and color tones will be adjusted during production, without artificial beautification. If this is a concern, please provide a beautified photo yourself. Refunds & Returns // If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. "Custom-made" items are not subject to the seven-day appreciation period, and therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted. (We are unable to resell your ordered product to others) If there are any defects, shortages, or discrepancies with your order, please contact us, and we will assist you. Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic judgments. Custom Order Instructions // 1. Select the item you wish to customize and complete the payment. 2. After completing your order, please contact customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photo is confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. For physical product mock-ups, you will receive a visual representation for proofreading within 1-3 days. 6. After confirmation, we will arrange for printing and production. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days; some items may take longer, as specified for each product. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of dispatch once your printed product is packaged. If it is ready earlier, it will be shipped ahead of schedule.
