Use a neutral detergent and rinse thoroughly. - Although the fabric has been pre-shrunk, please avoid washing it with white items. - For hand washing, gently squeeze out excess water by rolling the garment tightly in a folded state. For machine washing, use a spin cycle of 30 seconds or less.
