Jin Xuan is the name of the tea cultivar, Taiwan Tea No. 12, also known as "27 Zai." It is a hybrid variety created from a cross between "Ying Zhi Hong Xin" and "Taiwan Agricultural No. 8." Despite its robust leaf structure, this tea offers a charming contrast between its appearance and its flavor profile.
