She'd pan-fry it with rice wine, then slice it thinly to enjoy with hot pot. Growing up, whenever I encountered mullet roe at banquets or company parties, it would bring back memories of that simple, blissful taste. I recall a time I helped a friend buy mullet roe, watching the owner patiently wrap and box each piece, which I found deeply moving. It's a beautiful thing when one dedicates themselves to doing something well in life. 【 About the Brand 】 Jinyuanxing: A Century-Old Fabric Store from Tainan Established in 1923 by the first-generation founder, Mr. Zhang Xiang, starting from a humble dwelling on Shennong Street in Tainan. The business initially focused on fabric importation, dyeing, and wholesale, gradually growing into a significant fabric supplier during the Japanese colonial and post-war periods. However, with industrial transformation and changing consumer habits, the fabric store business began to decline.
