While soaking in saltwater is often mentioned, Joyce personally advises against it as some crystals and metals can be damaged by salt or water. If you have white/purple crystal chips, geodes, or clusters, you can place your crystals directly on or inside them when not wearing them. Of course, the cleansing chips, geodes, and clusters also need regular cleansing, such as through sun exposure for sun cleansing or moonlight exposure for moon cleansing.
