The course is for individual operation only (participants aged 10-14 require a parent to be present and assist throughout the session; no additional fee for co-creation). *To ensure the rights of other participants, please do not be late, as it may affect the start time of the class. Entry will not be permitted 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Please reschedule your appointment accordingly (one reschedule allowed within 2 months). *After placing your order, please add our official Line account: @ado_studio. Inform us of the registrant's name/class date and send your design for review. Design confirmation is required at least 7 days before the class. For last-minute registrations, please complete this process at least one day before the course to ensure sufficient class time. *To maintain teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Please do not bring companions. Pets & young children must be notified in advance. The studio opens 5 minutes before the class begins; please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting. *If you exceed the scheduled time, a 30-minute grace period will be provided. You may opt for: 1. Extended time, 2. Rescheduling, or 3. Taking the work-in-progress home. The fee for extended time or rescheduling is $300/hour (less than 1 hour is charged as 1 hour). *As the creation process requires physical exertion, please have your meal before attending and try not to schedule any tight plans afterward. *Food is not permitted in the studio, but you may bring beverages. *The course will be filmed for use as marketing material on the brand's website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform staff members on-site to avoid being captured. By not notifying us, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and pictures that include your likeness and work. *The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. The following circumstances allow for one reschedule or transfer of the booking, valid within two months: 1. Weather conditions: Government agencies announce suspension of work and classes in the relevant area. 2. Emergencies such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from commencing. 3. Tardiness. 4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed. **Disclaimer:** *When operated according to the guidelines, the machinery is safe. Therefore, all students must strictly adhere to the operating rules. Dottie Studio is not liable for any injuries resulting from non-compliance with the guidelines. *If equipment malfunctions or operates abnormally, cease operation immediately and notify staff. Do not attempt to fix it yourself. You will be liable for the full cost of repair for any damage caused by unauthorized operation. *By registering, you agree to the above terms and regulations.
