Once bloodstains are removed, wash gently with detergent and air dry (in a well-ventilated area like a bathroom or indoors; occasional sun exposure can help sterilize). Ensure the pad is completely dry before storing. 4. Re-soaking with baking soda or sodium percarbonate can help remove the yellowing without affecting usability. • For leakproof pads, avoid wringing. Gently press out excess water with a towel and air dry to extend their lifespan.
