If you require expedited service, please inquire via message first.** **Product Information** Mug Precautions: ● Made in Taiwan, mug capacity is 320CC, mug dimensions are 98mm in height and 82mm in diameter (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, orders from outside Taiwan are currently not accepted. ● Minor firing marks and slight variations in curvature with air bubbles during the mug's firing process are unavoidable and do not qualify for returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. ● When washing, please do not use abrasive detergents or tools (such as scrub sponges or steel brushes), as these can scratch and cause the surface coating to peel off. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Imperfections like impurities or small indentations that occur during firing are considered normal. ● Coasters may have minor surface scratches or dust. The quality of unglazed blanks can vary by approximately 10% for each batch. The ink absorption in the coaster's pores varies, especially for pink or dark backgrounds, which may result in uneven color blocks or cloudy patterns. These situations are considered normal and not defects. Perfectionists, please consider this before placing an order. ● Each set of coasters comes with gift box packaging. The non-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment may occur. Product images are composite mock-ups for reference only. Actual finished product colors and proportions may have slight variations; the actual finished product will prevail. This product is custom-made. Production time is calculated starting from the day after payment is completed and requires 10-15 days (excluding holidays).
