Shelf life: 7 days from the production date. 2 Before tasting, place the cake in the refrigerator to thaw (approximately 6-7 hours; the cake interior should be semi-frozen, with an ice-cream-like texture). Avoid thawing for more than 10 hours (fruit or cream may release water, affecting the taste). 3 If you have leftover cake, slice it and store it frozen.
