Shelf life: 7 days from the production date. 2 Before serving, thaw in the refrigerator (approx. 4-5 hours; the cake should be slightly frozen inside, with an ice cream-like texture). Avoid thawing for more than 7 hours (fruits or cream may release water, affecting texture). 3 If you have leftover cake, slice it before refreezing. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving again (thawing time for slices is shorter than for the whole cake; actual time depends on slice size). 4 [This frozen fruit cake should NOT be completely thawed] ➡️ The fruit will release water, affecting the cake's internal texture.
