Engrave Your Name * Choose from 8 font options. * You can also create your own design and send it as a JPG or BMP file to discuss with the designer. * If not specified, Chinese characters will be in vertical orientation using "KaiTi" font, while English letters and numbers will be in horizontal orientation using "Apple Chancery." * If not specified, custom layouts will follow the natural leather example shown below, with Chinese names on the right (larger main area) and English names, phone numbers, etc., on the left (smaller additional area). * Front and back can have different customizations. If front and back customizations differ, please clearly label each. Example: Front: Chinese Name + English Name | Back: English Name + Phone Number * For English fonts #7 and #6, it is recommended to capitalize only the first letter for a neater and more aesthetically pleasing layout. Packaging * To promote environmental protection, the studio uses simple paper bag packaging. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 7. Returns & Refunds Policy * For non-customized orders, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused. * Customized items with engraved text are final sale and cannot be returned. * If a color is not specified prior to ordering, returns based on dissatisfaction with the color choice will not be accepted. * Refunds requested "before shipping" will be processed in full. * Refunds requested "after shipping" will incur a 60 TWD shipping fee deduction. This fee will be subtracted from the total order amount, unless the order was eligible for free shipping. 8. Leather Care * If the leather gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area (avoid direct sunlight, do not use a hairdryer, do not store in a humid environment like kitchens or bathrooms). * Apply leather conditioner every six months. Test on an inconspicuous area first to assess the leather's condition before applying to the entire surface. 9. Important Notes * Due to purely handmade cutting and stitching, slight variations in stitch lines and cut dimensions are normal and not considered defects. * The studio treats leather edges with a transparent finishing agent to maintain the natural color and prevent fading over time. * Leather may naturally exhibit variations in texture, wrinkles, spots, scars, or markings. The studio incorporates these unique characteristics into the design to make each piece one-of-a-kind; therefore, such features are not considered defects. If you wish to avoid these specific characteristics, please note your preference in the "Remarks" section of your order. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee complete avoidance. * Minor leather shedding from the reverse side due to friction is a natural occurrence and not a defect. * Watermarks on leather after exposure to water are normal. Allow to air dry in a well-ventilated area. * The leather color will deepen over time with personal use. * Actual product colors may vary slightly from photos due to device settings, screen resolution, lighting, and other factors.
