By completing your order, you agree to our Shopping Notice and Return/Exchange Policy. 2. Orders ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For urgent orders, please select express delivery. 3. Shipping is limited to Taiwan's main island. We do not deliver to outlying islands. 4. Due to convenience store size restrictions, orders of 3 pairs or more must be shipped via express delivery. 5. Most items are handmade, and minor imperfections such as residual glue, small stains, loose threads, small gaps, or seam irregularities may occur. Marks from the crafting process (e.g., bubbles, granules) are not considered defects and do not affect normal use. 6. Shoes, bags, and accessories are not recommended for full submersion washing (this applies universally). Washing after wear may alter their appearance and leave cleaning marks. Clean gently with a diluted neutral detergent and a brush, wipe off foam with a damp cloth, and air dry. 7. Dress shoes are packaged in shoe boxes; slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection during transit and may show signs of compression or impact. The packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in texture and color depending on the natural skin and season, unlike the uniformity of synthetic leather. Wrinkles or color differences are not defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings. Actual colors and dimensions are subject to the actual product. Handmade items may have a 1-3 cm measurement difference within the international standard tolerance. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or cards with authorization marks or official logos) should not be replicated. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (shoe box + outer carton), including accessories and attached tags. 2. Orders with special offers (e.g., discounts for reaching a spending threshold or purchasing multiple items) or free shipping cannot be partially returned. If you wish to return items from such an order, please return the entire order and reorder. 3. For any concerns or missing items upon receipt, please provide a complete unboxing video to ensure mutual rights and facilitate returns, exchanges, or replacements. 4. Please do not directly affix labels to the shoe box. Returns must include the original outer carton. Damage to the shoe box or authorization marks due to improper packaging will incur a 100 NTD reconditioning fee. 5. Failure to complete convenience store pickup for orders will be reflected in your customer rating.
