・If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new course time.

・As instructors prepare materials and venues in advance, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted on the "day of the course." Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
・In case of force majeure events (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain) or if the command center announces a suspension of work or classes, we will proactively notify all participants of that session to arrange for rescheduling, course transfer, or a full refund.
・To ensure the comfort of other participants, arriving "15 minutes past the scheduled start time" on the day of the course will be considered forfeiture, with no refund or rescheduling available.
・To uphold the rights of other participants, please arrive on time for your session.
・A pre-course notification will be sent 2-3 days prior. Please ensure your email and contact information are correct to avoid missing the notice. ・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate in the course on the day. Companions who have not purchased a ticket are not allowed to enter or participate to ensure the rights of other attendees.
・If the number of participants for a specific session does not reach 6 three days before the course, Chuan Chuan Handmade Accessories reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify participants to change sessions or receive a full refund.
・To ensure a smooth course flow, please refrain from eating during the session.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・During the course, the organizer may conduct photography and candid shots as needed, which will be uploaded to Chuan Chuan Handmade Accessories' social media after the course. The organizer may use photos and images containing your likeness for event documentation or other recruitment and promotional purposes.
・If you prefer not to be photographed or have candid shots taken, please inform us during the course, and we will take special care in this regard.
