* 925 sterling silver earrings and 925 sterling silver rings do not come with a jewelry box. If packaging is required, please place a separate order for a gift box.
* Dimensions may vary slightly due to different measurement methods; an error margin of 0.5-1 cm is considered normal.
* K gold jewelry is made of solid gold (K SG).
* All products in our store can be customized. If you wish to order different lengths or styles in 18K, 14K, 9K, or 925 sterling silver, please feel free to contact us for inquiries.
| Order & Shipping |
* All products are handmade. After your order is confirmed and payment is received, it will take 10-14 business days for production and shipping (excluding special custom orders). If you have an urgent need for the item, please contact us to inquire.
* In the event of natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances that cause delivery delays, we will send a notification. We appreciate your understanding.
* Shipping is handled by logistics providers for cargo and convenience stores. Actual delivery times depend on the driver's route and conditions, and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
* All products include an invoice issued by hand. If you require a unified invoice number, please be sure to note it in your order.
| After-Sales Service |
* All HYGGE ADORN products come with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and permanent basic cleaning and maintenance services. Within the one-year warranty period, non-human-induced damage under normal use will be repaired free of charge once. Custom orders, gemstone loss, or damage due to clear human factors are not covered by the warranty. Repair fees will be charged based on the situation.
* Lost warranty cards will not be reissued. Please keep them safe.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for products without a warranty card or not purchased from HYGGE ADORN.
* All round-trip shipping costs for after-sales service will be borne by the consumer.
* All after-sales services (ring size adjustment, chain length adjustment, cleaning and maintenance, repair of breakage, gemstone detachment) require the enclosed product warranty card. Service history will be recorded on the warranty card. Please contact us to request after-sales service.
| Product Description |
* All products undergo professional quality control checks before shipment. If you receive a defective product, please keep the item intact and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defective area for assessment. The following are not considered defects:
# Color difference: The color of product photos may vary due to different browsing devices and settings. Please refer to the actual color of the product received.
# Size: Dimensions may vary slightly due to different measurement methods; an error margin of 0.5-1 cm is considered normal.
# Solder points: While the products are handmade with precise craftsmanship, there may be minor solder points, such as at the junction of the ear post and earring, or the connector of a necklace. Slight unevenness at these joints due to soldering is normal.
# Gemstones: All products use natural gemstones, so each stone will have unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, or cloudiness within the gemstones are normal occurrences.
# Pearls: All products use natural pearls, each a unique gem with its own natural luster. While efforts are made to select pearls of consistent quality, no two will be exactly alike.
| Return Policy |
* All products (excluding custom orders) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, calculated from the day after the item is received until the 7th day. Please inspect the product contents immediately upon receipt. Returns will not be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry for an extended period before returning it. The following situations are not eligible for returns:
# Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
# The product is not returned in its original packaging box and shipping carton.
# Incomplete or damaged product accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, or accompanying accessories (e.g., earring backs).
# Non-normal trial wear, showing clear signs of prolonged use and dirt.
# The product has been altered, such as engraving or modifying the size or chain length.
# Promotional gifts have not been returned.
# The product is damaged due to human factors upon return.
# Engraved products are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
* As per court rulings, custom orders made according to consumer requests are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, custom orders cannot be returned.
* Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the shipping fee for the original order will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount exceeds the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
* Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you need to add or return items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please ensure you have thoroughly inspected the goods before initiating a return.
* If the return causes the original order to no longer qualify for promotional discounts, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund.
* If you make returns without specific reasons more than 3 times within one year, HYGGE ADORN will blacklist you for six months.
