【Class Format Details】
・This class focuses on "flat embroidery painting" using wool felt.
・Not a 3D relief (will not be significantly raised).
・Completed within a 15 × 15 cm embroidery hoop.
・This is a one-day experience class.
・The artwork style is impressionistic; it will not be an exact replica of the sample.
・Details can be adjusted at home after the class.
★ For those wishing to learn more intricate and realistic techniques, an advanced "Free Creation Embroidery Painting Class" will be offered later.
【Photo Preparation Guide】
Please provide a clear, close-up photo of your pet before the class.
Avoid photos that are:
・Too dark or have a yellow cast.
・Overexposed.
・Blurry or out of focus.
★ A slight side profile is recommended to better capture depth and personality.
【Tuition Fee】
$2490 for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, mice, and wildlife special sessions
$2640 for curly-haired dog special sessions
* For long-haired breeds such as Poodles, Bichon Frises, Maltese, and Pekingese,
due to a different crafting process,
the artwork will feature a subtle relief effect of about 0.5 cm.
Special fibers (silk, mohair) will be used,
and pre-curling treatment will be applied.

【Location】
A shared space near NTU Hospital or Minquan West Road MRT station (approx. 10 minutes walk from the MRT station).
The exact classroom address will be confirmed the evening before the class and notified to registered students via SMS and email. Please keep an eye on your messages.
2. Tools
Wool felting needles and felting pads are required for the class.
Wet felting and sewing tools will be available for loan during the class.
For hygiene reasons, wool felting needles and felting pads cannot be borrowed. Please bring your own or add the teacher-recommended brand to your order.

【Important Notes】
● Please bring your basic wool felting tools or purchase them through us. Other tools will be provided for loan on-site: small scissors, awl, pins, glue, wet felting, and sewing tools.
● Students are welcome to bring their own boxes to take their work home. Minor fuzzing due to friction is normal and can be trimmed with small scissors.
● Everyone progresses at a different pace. Please follow the teacher's steps. The methods will be thoroughly taught during the class, and final touches can be completed at home.
● Different classes may be conducted simultaneously in the same time slot. Classes will proceed if a minimum of 4 participants are registered for the day.
● To maintain quality, auditing, observation, accompanying guests, and shared projects are not permitted.
● By registering, you agree that the organizer may take photos on-site, which may be shared on online platforms as event records.
【Class Cancellation and Leave Policy】
To ensure the quality of the course and the rights of other students, please confirm your ability to comply with the following class regulations before registering. Registration implies acceptance and adherence to these rules. Thank you.
I. Student-Initiated Cancellation/Leave
Course fees are generally non-refundable.
Each class allows for one cancellation; subsequent cancellations will result in the material package being mailed.
The official contact time with the "Maow Kila Wan Official Platform" will be considered. Private messages to the teacher do not count as formal cancellation or leave notifications.
Cancellation Timing and Handling:
15 days before the class date: Fees can be retained and transferred to another class (additional fees may apply).
Within 14 days before the class date: A deduction of $600 × total number of classes will be applied to the retained amount.
Cancellation within 3 days before the class date: Half of the course fee will be deducted (if half the fee is less than $600, $600 will be charged) and the material package will be mailed.
Cancellation on the day of the class: Fees will not be retained, and the material package will be mailed.
II. Lateness and Absence
Arriving more than 1/3 of the total class time late or leaving early on the day of the class will be considered an absence, and entry will be denied.
III. Make-up Class Information
For consecutive classes requiring a separate make-up session, a fee of $200/hour will apply.
Make-up classes must be scheduled privately by messaging the "Maow Kila Wan Official Platform"; automatic notifications will not be provided.
IV. Other Information
For consecutive classes, the date of the first class will be the basis for calculations.
If the organizer cancels, notice of postponement or refund will be provided.
In case of natural disasters (e.g., typhoons) where classes are suspended in your area or at the class location, a full refund will be issued.
