With their steady, albeit slow, steps, they carry bags filled with deep reverence for God. Witnessing their worn-out bags sparked a heartfelt desire to create new bags with local characteristics as gifts for them, perfect for holding their aged Bibles, hymnals, and essential thermoses. The moment these new bags were placed in their hands, their smiles became the most beautiful scenery. This encounter ignited a passion for handmade crafts and a continuous pursuit of new challenges. Beyond the sheer joy of creation, it allows us to bring the warmth of the mountains and forests to you. - The Paiwan people of southern Taiwan hold nature in high esteem, with the sun being particularly revered. The sun totem is most prominently displayed in their traditional attire. Therefore, the sun serves as the main motif in our creations, aiming to introduce more people to the indigenous culture of the south and foster respect for diverse ethnic groups.
