・If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, the designer will proactively contact us for an extension or refund.

If you need to reschedule or cancel due to personal reasons, please submit your request for rescheduling or cancellation 168 hours before the event (7 days before), and a full refund will be issued.
From 7 days to 72 hours before the event starts, if you need to reschedule or refund, the student quota fee of "500 yuan per physical course" for which "the original date has been reserved for you" will still be charged.
Within 72 hours from the start of the event, no rescheduling or refund will be allowed, and student seats can be transferred to relatives and friends.
